Review of The Spy Who Loved Me (1977) by Bobby D — 25 Mar 2012
One of the best Roger Moore Bond's it's basically a remake of 1967's You Only Live Twice. This time subs instead of space capsules, which really does make more dramatic sense for a end of the world scenario.
Plus, the coupling of Bond with a Russian Agent won't be repeated unitl 1997 in Brosnan's Tomorrow Never Dies and creates a very fun and sometimes dramatic Bond with the two agents having to work together creating a different kind of jeapordy.
