Review of The Spy Next Door (2010) by Aron M — 23 Jul 2010
I only enjoyed watching this film due to having Jackie Chan in it, however that's the only real merit to this film. If it didn't have Jackie Chan in it then I would've most likely not have given it 2 stars. At best it's a mediocre film and the plot plays out like you would suspect right from the begining. Ths script is very white wash and has been done so many times you can almost smell what other actors have been on it.
There's no point in analysing it much further and Jackie Chan is the only reason to see this film because he's always awesome, even at his current age, plus it's funny seeing him try to look after kids. If you hate county and/or Hannah Montana then you will want to tear your ears off as you see Billy Ray Cyrus be...Billy Ray Cyrus. He's meant to be the comedy relief/best friend of the main character so he's in it a lot.
