They really really should've stopped Spongebob right after this. I mean anything after this film is just completely not as funny or entertaining as before. This really feels like to me the end of a great cartoon.
The movie already kind of started the whole "Flanderization" of the characters, but still kind of kept the same charm of the older episodes from 1999-2004.
