This odd movie was better than I would have ever guessed for a sequel that is based off of a show that has been on-air since 1999. The jokes are entertaining to not only the kids, but to their parents too (although rarely are they laughing at the same time).
The movie takes wild turns to stay busy and although the scenes are very random, they are never dull.
