Review of The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge Out of Water (2015) by Nathan B — 16 Jan 2018
This movie is a disgrace for even the biggest spongebob fans such as myself. It is such a great concept but it is ruined by the horrible art style used throughout the 'on land' sections of the movie.
As well as this, I can't look past the fact that Gary the Snail, my personal favourite character, was left behind and didn't have any impact on this adventure. This led to a lack of comedic moments like we're used to seeing with Gary.
Massively disappointed, the only thing that gains this movie the tiny bit of credit that I am giving is the rap battle scene at the end. That was amazing in comparison to the rest of the movie.
