'Spiderwick Chronicles' is gorgeous, with terrific acting all-round from a wonderful cast. Freddie Highmore absolutely shines in dual roles and both he and fellow Brit Actress Sarah Bolger, who plays his sister, sport impeccable American accents.
The adult cast play second fiddle to these wonderful young thespians. Martin Short and Seth Rogen have fun with their roles and Nick Nolte is impressively scary as the ogre. The CGI effects are excellent and has one almost believing the creatures are real! A wonderful film that will be enjoyed by all!
