This movie was pretty good. I never read the books or anything, but it looked interesting and I found I liked it. I would've liked to see more of the creatures in the Spiderwick field guide, but oh well, it was still good.
The ending was odd and kind of anti-climatic, but it was a really good concept for a movie overall.
