After an operation went wrong going after a south American drug ring, bomb specialist Ray Quick goes on retirement only to come out of it after a women requests his help against a powerful organized crime family.
It's not the greatest action movie but still is fun to much. And the action scenes are not that bad either. A great star powered movie that has Sylvester Stallone, Sharon Stone and James Woods is really what made this movie good.
