Review of The Sound of Music (1965) by Jackson W — 01 Oct 2011
I really liked the Sound of Music when I was younger, but I have fallen in love with the film each time I see it. The visuals are gorgeous, the story has a wide range between wholesome family poignance and the dark reality of World War II, and the vocals are as luscious as they will ever be.
True and pure classic and possibly the most beautiful film ever made.
