Review of The Sorrows of Satan (1926) by Matt M — 25 Jun 2012
An unusual melodrama which nevertheless stands as one of Griffithâ(TM)s most forgettable films, although perhaps the fact that this was a studio film rather than one of his independent productions can be held as a plausible reason.
Menjou is good as the suave and deceitful embodiement of Satan.
