THE VERDICT?
I actually quite enjoyed the firework display that was Sorcerer's Apprentice!
Lots of bang for you buck seemed the key idea behind this Disney action film. Awesome special effects have the characters wizzing around making interesting things appear and disappear and blowing the hell out of each other with psychic blasts (kind of like Jedi on crack). Lots of busy sets with loads of colour and variety.
Say what you will about the acting quality, akward dialogue and shakey script, it was no-brainer fun!
