This has to be my favorite black and white movie ever! I have always loved St. Bernadette and she is also my patron saint. This movie always makes me cry and leaves me with a very happy/content feeling at the end.
Jennifer Jones portrays Bernadette Soubirous so tenderly and shows how humble she was and how strong her faith was in the face of persecution. Excellent movie!
