I just put it on and, sad to say, in comparison to the movie I had seen previously by a bunch of unknowns, I thought it wasn't that great. I kept falling asleep. I know there was a good story there and some of the shots of Downtown LA were extraordinary, but they were drowned out by the overuse of c/u shots of the weird faces Jamie Foxx made in the movie and didn't move the story to a closing that meant anything to me, personally.
I didn't connect all the way and therefore, half enjoyed it.
