Review of The Social Network (2010) by Rhys O — 27 Aug 2013
Obviously, with the universal acclaim and success of this film, it is a 'good' film. And many people may just accept it flippantly without thinking twice about why it is so good. And there are many reasons why it is.
Firstly, it is very clear that the filmmakers have made a very good job of keeping the film extremely close to the truth, at least, it would seem that way. And by making the film while Facebook is such a phenomenon, and Mr.
Zuckerberg having so much power, the film still portrays him in a slightly negative light, which is both a smart and brave move which has given the film the respect it justly deserves.
