Review of The Social Network (2010) by Courtney T — 26 Sep 2013
The Social Network, starring Jesse Eisenberg, details the origins of Facebook and the struggles founder Mark Zuckerberg faced, professionally and privately. I would recommend this film because of the fantastic acting, amazing dialogue and chilling score.
My favorite actor in the movie is Andrew Garfield. He was likable, sympathetic and I was rooting for him the entire time. The dialogue, written by wordsmith Aaron Sorkin, was quick, snappy and exhilarating.
Finally, the score, composed by Trent Reznor of Nine Inch Nails fame was chilling when necessary and light and jaunty when called for. Overall, I would highly recommending this Oscar-winning movie.
