Review of The Social Network (2010) by Philip W — 21 Jan 2017
The story of our culture's biggest social media app to date and it's creation, The Social Network provides an informative glance into the life of Mark Zukerberg and one of the most revolutionary inventions of the 21st century.
Between Jesse Eisenberg and Andrew Garfield's balanced performances and the script from Aaron Sorkin, this film is comparable to recent films revolving around Steve Jobs in how they both provide dramatic takes on pioneering figures and life changing technology.
Although some might question the films accuracy, Aaron Sorkin has stated this film is a story first and it's a damn good one at that.
