A fantastically written and riveting picture that's a show of dialogue, story, and acting.

"The Social Network" explores the moment at which Facebook, the most revolutionary social phenomena of the new century, was invented -- through the warring perspectives of the super-smart young men who each claimed to be there at its inception. The result is a drama rife with both creation and destruction; one that audaciously avoids a singular POV, but instead, by tracking dueling narratives, mirrors the clashing truths and constantly morphing social relationships that define our time. Drawn from multiple sources, the film captures the visceral thrill of the heady early days of a culture-changing phenomenon in the making -- and the way it both pulled a group of young revolutionaries together and then split them apart.

This is where Jesse Eisenberg strives. He not only puts on an amazing performance, but he leads a cast of amazing actors. Eisenberg perfectly captures the essence of Zuckerberg and brings out his personality so well. They're right, he is (or was, I don't know) a douche, but he's an undeniable genius who created one of the biggest companies in the world. Andrew Garfield is a fantastic supporting character who seemingly thrives in big moments. The entire cast is supported by a well rounded group of actors and they make the movie what it is.

The movie is very well directed and I'm seemingly encapsulated by the story every time I watch this film. The movie is so smart and the way the story progresses is so interesting. The journey toward the end is so riveting and it feels as though they accurately depicted this real life event in its craziest form.

The dialogue was the absolute most impressive thing about this film. From the opening scene, the movie's tone is set from the first words spoken. The dialogue is so ingenious and so beautifully written. If I can ever write a movie like this one day, I would be more than pleased with my life. This should be the line movies reach for when crafting their screenplay because this movie was written perfectly.

In the end, "The Social Network" is a fantastic film with little, if any flaws.
