Review of The Snowman (2017) by Jenna I — 05 Jan 2018

This movie was everything I could have wanted: killer snowmen with a :| face, a main character named Harry Hole, Charlotte Gainsbourg dry humping Michael Fassbender while listening to Sigur Ros, expert editing by Tommy Wiseau, an incomprehensible plot, that fucking dance song from like 10 years ago I don't know the name of but the second you hear it you'll be like "OoHHHHHHhhhh THIS shit..?!", Val Kilmer sounding like he's just come from the dentist after tooth surgery, absolutely zero motivation or connection between parallel stories, cops who literally don't know protocol or laws and just do whatever so then literally everybody dies, a train ride from Oslo to Bergen!, well I could just go on.

Anyhow, this movie ends with the promise of a sequel and quite frankly the Harry Hole trilogy is definitely what we all need for Christmas. Fingers crossed!!!
