A movie that fails to receive any connection to the bestselling book that adapted this film ten years later, The Snowman hardly relates itself to the mystery genre that the bestselling book had. Newcomers would become heavily disappointed not to read the book first since this mess-holder will completely leave 100% of newcomers clueless on what the film attempts to follow.
