Review of The Snow Walker (2003) by Debbie P — 03 Aug 2010
The Snow Walker (2003) is a good movie. Directed by actor (and director) Charles Martin Smith, is based on a novel by Farley Mowat. Barry Pepper stars as a cocky bush pilot during the 1950's who crashes in the far Canadian wilderness.
His ill passenger is a young Inuk woman who survives the crash with him and she helps him survive by showing him how to hunt and take care of himself. This movie is unforgettable and moving. I highly recommend it.
