Review of The Smurfs (2011) by Marcos V — 05 Aug 2012
Grew up watching the show and thought I would give it a rental. Barely worth it. Some kids movies adda little but to metro the adults entertained, but to me this movie lacked anything for the older crowd.
This movie played like a cartoon (weak story, unlucky hero saves the day, morals, etc), with a not so good plot, which is a shame because the movie was well cast. I especially thought hank azira did a great job (as gargamel).
