Pretty much on the same level as the first one in terms of how bad it is. I like how the movie addresses that Smurfette was originally created by Gargamel, and I think the conflict of Smurfette trying to realize who her real father is between Papa Smurf and Gargamel is interesting.
But the problem is the poor execution of everything. It doesn't help either that it recycles elements from the first film, and that's being lazy right there. Speaking of Gargamel, he's still my favorite part of the film, but that's it.
