Enjoyable albeit formulaic and predictable sequel to what was hardly the most ingenius original.
Adults will probably giggle a few times maybe even laugh out loud... but they will mostly be puzzled by many parts of the film. It fails as a mix of references and in-jokes as well as slight obscene references for adults and a silly story about smurfs in Paris for kids.. the film never really suffers as the level of the film never gets very high. But it entertains and passes time.
