Fantastic directing and acting. A sci-fi thriller drama "with a deliberately preposterous storyline involving burning bodies, evil brothers, rape, suicide, revenge, sexual identity and medical procedure" Fans of medical dramas, Banderas or Spanish films shouldn't miss it.
