Based on the movie summaries, The Skin I Live In was nothing what I expected - but still good nonetheless. Antonio Banderas is haunting in his role as the nonchalant, psychopathic skin doctor. The movie has some really interesting scenes and the "surprise" is both disturbing for those of pure minds and satisfying for those who love a good twist.
