WoW!!! What a freaky interesting flick.... Antonio Banderas plays Robert Lundgard, a plastic surgeon who's life has went from bad 2 worse when he first loses his wife then his daughter. Banderas is like the Dr.

Frankenstein of Surgeons, he is working on skin that doesn't burn & decides to use it on the man (Vicente) that raped his daughter. Well, the experiments go of the chart when Doc Frankenstein decides to do "sexual experiments" with ol'Vicente.

This is the first time I see Mr. Banderas in this type of role & he did a damn good job. Also giving a fine performance is Elena Anaya, who plays the part of "Vera". This is first time I see a Pedro Almodovar (director) film & I gotta say, I've been missing out.

"The Skin I Live In" is a psychological, horror, thriller type of film without tha blood. It's also in Spanish, which I didn't even mind. All in all, "The Skin I Live In" is a definite rental or if you are into tha whole artsy thang, buy it.

The flick is one of the better films of 2011. Just one recommendation, keep tha kiddos out of the room...... for at least a couple of hours. OUT.
