Review of The Skeleton Twins (2014) by Wayne M — 03 Oct 2014
The Skeleton Twins is a tender, sad and funny film about siblings with a troubled past and present. It is a beautifully realised film featuring nuanced performances from Hader and Wiig as brother and sister who haven't seen each for ten years.
The film slowly reveals their past and delves deftly into the now. It is full of melancholy and subtle humour. Sometimes confronting but full of a great spirit.
