Review of The Skeleton Twins (2014) by Graham B — 02 Dec 2014
Estranged twins Maggie and Milo meet up again after 10 years after an attempted suicide by Milo. Maggie brings him back to their home town in NY state where they both learn, cope and advise about eachothers faux happy lives.
I LOVE this film. Great story and a brother/sister relationship perfectly encapsulated by Wiig and Hader. In all its ennui, it is still brilliantly funny and never melodramatic.
Quite an excellent debut feature from Craig Johnson.
