Review of The Skeleton Twins (2014) by Oj H — 23 Aug 2015
It had good story structure and solid acting from both Wiig and Hader... however, the film failed to reach me. And by reach me, I mean, I never really gave a fuck about either of them. In the opening of the film, both twins have/are, attempting suicide... and I wish they had, because maybe I woulda given a fuck about them, without knowing who they were to become. I'll never watch this again and wished I hadn't(that's how little I gave a shit).
I give the film a "A" as far as filmmaking goes... but I give it an D for keeping my attention. I'm not saying I need transforming robots in movies to keep me intertwined(I mean, I love Eraserhead, and nothing happens in that), but I clearly needed something else.
...and she killed two goldfish, due to her irresponsibilities... what a bitch, fuck her.
