Creeeeeepy. It's certainly not the greatest horror movie ever, but it's definitely original, and has some great scares. The ending is what made it so good - great twist, and done so well! I've always loved the New Orleans creepiness feeling, so that helped my liking of it.
And man, was that old lady freaky...Not the best, but definitely not the worst. I'd love to see it again.
