Review of The Six Wives of Henry Lefay (2009) by Matthew M — 16 Jun 2011
I caught this movie on Netflix, so I can actually say I'm glad I didn't spend the money on a theater ticket or movie rental. I saw that Tim Allen was in it so I thought I would give it a shot. A telegraphed ending with such implausible situation that evolved with the wives, both present and past, I found myself looking for the end.
You think at one point that you have hit the punchline only to find out that you have to endure another 30 minutes of one bad movie. The laughs were not coming, the total ridiculousness of the story spiraled out of control led me to exam the reasons that I actually finished this thing.
Don't just skip this movie run from it!
