This is like a modern, crude version of "Adventures in Babysitting". The beginning was a bit silly and I was about to turn it off actually but it did get better. It goes from chasing kids all over the city like the film I just mentioned to looking for a missing car that was taken by someone with a grudge and scoring cocaine from a tripped out drug dealer.
Not something I'd ever let my kids watch but it was funny.
