Review of The Sitter (2011) by Derek M — 12 Dec 2012
By this point in David Gordon Green's filmmaking career (on the trails of two awful comedies, including this one), it's annoying to watch him bury his once-promising talent deeper and deeper. But what remains truly tragic is watching his dedicated actors give wasted efforts to a project they likely joined because of the caliber of filmmaker Green used to be.
It's its own distinct brand of Hollywood betrayal, and it's unacceptable.
