Review of The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2 (2008) by Gracie W — 13 Jan 2009
The first Pants was a charmer, showing relatable plot lines with talented young actresses. But this one is way soggy. Everyone is less likeable, especially America Ferrera's character- what a grump! And the individual story lines are silly- with maybe the exception of Blake Lively's visit to her grandmother.
Thankfully Blythe Danner and Shohreh Aghdashloo show up to add some much needed leverage and wisdom to the events.
