I went to see this without knowing anything except that it was a Tyler Perry movie and I was pleasantly surprised. The story was good and progressed at a good speed. The climax of the movie came and went without really identifying itself as the main climax of the story line, so when the movie ended I was surprised that it was over.

All of the characters had likability and empathy built into their back stories. The best thing about Tyler Perry movies is that he always shows the truth of living life and that there is joy, even in hardship.

If you like movies that take your emotions on a ride (especially if you are a mother) and make you feel good at the end then Idefinitely recommend this for you!
