Review of The Simpsons Movie (2007) by Brandon W — 16 Sep 2014
When I first saw this, I wasn't even a fan of The Simpsons, but I wanted to see the movie anyway. When I first saw it, I thought it was awesome and really funny. So when I saw it again to see if my opinion changed, it still didn't.
In fact, it made it a little better. When I first saw it, I was young and probably didn't get the adult jokes, so I got older and saw the jokes that are really funny. They do make it a environmental plot, but makes it really funny and exaggerated.
The animation is really impressive and I didn't think it'll look this good. There are great cameos and the best one is president Schwarzenegger even though Arnold didn't voice him. Albert Brooks as the villain is really funny although it didn't need a villain but they do make fun of the fact that he is.
The Simpson family actually do have heartfelt moments and they some sort of the same problems like real life families have. The Simpsons Movie is one of the best movies based on shows since when South Park made their movie.
