Review of The Simpsons Movie (2007) by Austin R — 13 Aug 2015
So... this film had 11 writers, but they couldn't get past the movie standard 90 minute mark? D'oh!
Luckily, this 87 minute long movie is a solid animated flick. It's funny, the animation looks fantastic, and I love the use of the 2.40:1 aspect ratio. It can be so creative. I adore the action sequence near the end on the motorcycle and I love the film's score, along with Green Day's rendition of the show's theme song.
It's a great TV show to film adaptation.
