"It puts the lotion on its skin or else it gets the hose again".
Ted Levine was terrifying.
And while Anthony Hopkins didn't have much screen time as Dr. Hannibal Lecter, he sure did craft a horrifying cannibal that will remain stuck inside your head.
And let's not forget Jodie Foster, the woman is a true talent to cinema.
GREAT film with some PHENOMENAL actors.
