Review of The Silence of the Lambs (1991) by Mrpajamas — 17 Aug 2021
The Silence of the Lambs draws mainly from the excellent Anthony Hopkins, who played bravura and here and there threw such a feeling of unpleasantness. Hannibal just pulls the whole movie off, or at least for me.
The scenes with him in the cell really are a luxury. The atmosphere is great. The story is great too. There was only one little thing that bothered me towards the end, which I won't spoil, but otherwise I was satisfied throughout the movie.
For me, a great film that I recommend.
