Review of The Signal (2014) by Matty M — 18 Jul 2015
Very well played on this film. When The Signal hit the theaters of course it was during the blowout of every movie release being about space, the big trend huh; I almost didnt watch it. I do like the actor Laurence Fishburne as he is typically known to be in very well made films so of course I had to check it out. The Signal wasn't quite what I expected and I'm thankful that I had gotten to see it and I recommend anyone who likes sci-fi films to give it a shot.
The Signal's cast was perfect for this movie, everyone did a great job on their roles. The script was nicely put together and the speed of the film I believe was perfect for what was to come in the story. As usual I try my best not to point out in reviews on any type of specific information about the movies thus to not giveaway any spoilers; I can say this film caught me off my guard and I really enjoyed it.
The graphics were great, the story-line was intense, "All in all a great movie". I did see a few of the goofs up on imdb about the ip related part of the film, I think the best best Goof is the "192" ip is a local home network ip yet they followed it across the country lol.
