Decent Vietnam Movie from 1989 that probably not many people remember. R. Lee Ermey is really good in this one (he also does a nice narrative though out the movie). Wings Hauser is not a good actor and this movie casts a spotlight on that.
It does a good job showing the Viet Cong's side of the war as well. You can tell this movie didn't have the biggest budget.
