Review of The Shop Around the Corner (1940) by Jen H — 13 Dec 2006
I liked this film, dammit. Lubitsch's wit obviously shines through, similarly to 'Ninotchka.' Besides, Margaret Sullavan and Jimmy Stewart have great chemistry and their love/hate thing is completely believable.
All the characters good, especially loved Stewart's.
