Review of The Shop Around the Corner (1940) by Ed Q — 20 Dec 2009
It was a surprising little movie. It takes place around Christmas, but you don't get the Christmas feel until right at the end. And those few scenes are definitely worth it. The snow, romance, heart felt moments.
. all wonderful. Jimmy Stewart, as always, is fantastic. Check it out, even if it's not during the holidays.
