Review of The Shop Around the Corner (1940) by Ilsa L — 30 May 2012
While "the shop around the corner" is entirely predictable, you won't mind at all due to great chemistry from margaret sullivan and james stewart, a witty script, and plenty of hilarious supporting characters, particularly pepi, played by william tracy.
anyone who is a fan of 1930-40's comedy will surely appreciate this one.
