Review of The Shining (1980) by Francis M — 25 Nov 2014
There are quite a few Kubrick films that I always feel are not made to entertain, more to question the thoughts of the viewer. Some even annoy you, yet I always find it impossible to leave a Kubrick film, and I would watch it again, and again, as each time I see a different perception.
I still do not like The Shining, perhaps makes me a student and I will know more after each viewing, as that is exactly what has happened, I even like it now.
