Review of The Shining (1980) by Zack F — 17 Feb 2014
The Shining may be a bit overanalyzed by fans, but it is still a worth classic for the paranormal horror genre. Shelly Duvall plays the wife as tragically pathetic rather than a strong woman that survives her axe-murderous husband, but aside from her performances, the acting and direction are mesmerizingly creepy.
