Im guilty of being a fan of Van Damme in my teenage years and although I watch those films from years ago and laugh, I cant help but hire his newer "c" grade movies once they hit the weekly shelf.
In hindsight this was one of his better movies of late. Typically the plot and acting was pretty thin but the action sequences, despite the ultra low budget, were pretty good. Risk it if your a Van Damme fan, if not steer well clear.
