Review of The Shawshank Redemption (1994) by Reeced — 25 Mar 2009
Although it does seem to go on for too long, there is that much to it that you miss some of it on the first time you watch it. The ending isn't clear until it actually happens, whereas in most films you can usually guess what will happen.
The cleverness behind it all still amazes me every time I watch it.
