Review of The Shawshank Redemption (1994) by Hannah H — 13 Sep 2013
There are very few movies like The Shawshank Redemption. I wish there were more. Not only does the original story by Stephen King have every element a great story needs, the film bolsters this. If anything, this film is a perfect story.
From beginning to end, the story travels at just the right pace and hits all the right notes. This is absolutely one of my favorite films.
