Review of The Shawshank Redemption (1994) by Rip V — 28 Sep 2014
Darabont's style was not never so polished and effective as in this brilliant adaptation of the Stephen King's work. Every character gets his own time at the right moment, drama atmosphere never decays in a corny state and performances are truthful and subtle.
